Ken Nichols is an independent photo journalist and writer in love with the watch business, the people and watches they produce. He is the son of a people photographer and his earliest memories are of his dad’s Wyler Incaflex glowing in his dad’s darkroom. The photography business and the watch made big impressions on Ken, so he followed the family business and earned degrees in photography and journalism. His work and heart stayed close to people in the non profit world for several years before it evolved into corporate work. He now spends his time helping people manage change through corporate HR. His wife and three girls live in Birmingham, Ala. where they wait for their next camping trip in their vintage Airstream.
